Vic: Gay police officers cleared of lying over IVF baby

MELBOURNE, Feb 23 AAP - A lesbian police officer and a gay police officer have been
cleared of charges that they lied about their relationship so they could join the IVF
program and have a child.

Senior Constable Haley Atkinson, 33, of Greensborough, and the man who donated the
sperm, Sergeant Mark Keen, were accused of giving false and misleading information under
the Victorian Infertility Treatment Act 1995.
