Clementsofficiated at their marriage in Chicago. St. Jacques, who plays thejudge on CBS-TV's "Superior Court," will grace the Channel 2 float.Sagoes stars on TV's "What's Happening Now." . . . And one more:Dr. Nelva Brady, new chancellor of City Colleges, will realize herchildhood ambition by riding in the Bud Billiken Parade for the firsttime.
